အာရံုတက္အစကေလးမွာပင္… အရပ္၀တ္မ်ား ၀တ္ဆင္ထားၾကသည္႔ ေရတပ္အရာရိွမ်ားက ယိုင္နဲ႔နဲ႔ ျပိဳက်လုမတတ္ျဖစ္ေသာ သစ္သားတဲကေလးအတြင္းသုိ႔ ေျခလွမ္းက်ဲၾကီးမ်ားျဖင္႕ ၀င္လာၾက၏။ ျပီးေတာ႔ တဲ၏ အထဲတြင္ အိပ္ေမာက်ေနသာ လယ္သမားလူငယ္ေလးအား အတင္းဆြဲမ ႏိုးထေစခဲ႔သည္။ အဆိုပါေရတပ္အရာရိွမ်ားမွာ သူတို႔ေနထိုင္ရာ စစ္စခန္းမွပင္ တိုက္ရိုက္ေလ်ာက္လာၾကျပီး ထိုတဲကေလးထဲသို႔တည္႔တည္႔ပင္ လွမ္း၀င္ကာ တစံုတရာ ရွင္းျပမွဳတခုမွ မရိွပဲ တဲအတြင္းက လယ္သမားေလးအား လက္ထိပ္ခတ္လိုက္ၾကသည္။
Just after dawn, plainclothes Myanmar naval officers entered a wooden shack and roused a young rice farmer from his sleep. They marched him to their nearby barracks and locked him up without explanation.
လူေမာ္ဆိုေသာ လယ္သမားကေလး ျပန္လည္လြတ္ေျမာက္လာေသာ အခ်ိန္၀ယ္၊ သူ၏ ဘ၀ တေလ်ာက္မွီခိုခဲ႕ေသာ ခေနာ္ခနဲ႔ တဲကေလးမွာ ေျပာက္ကြယ္သြားေလျပီ၊ သူ၏ ပိုင္ဆိုင္မွဳဘာယီယမ်ားလဲ တဲအိုအျပိဳေလး၏အၾကားတြင္ ျပန္က်ဲစြာျဖင္႔ ရွဳ႕မလွဘ၀သို႔ေရာက္ခဲ႔ရေလ၏။ ထိုတင္မက တအိမ္ျပီးတအိမ္ ဒလ ျမစ္ဆိပ္ကမ္းနားတေလ်ာက္ ေျမထိုးစက္ၾကီးျဖင္႔ ထိုျဖိဳခ်ထားခဲ႕ေလသည္။ ထိုေနရာေလးတြင္ ေနထိုင္ခဲ႔ၾကေသာ လယ္သမားမ်ားမွာ သူတို႔ရိွရာေျမကြက္ကေလးေပၚတြင္ စိုက္ပ်ိဳးလုပ္ကိုင္ၾကရင္း မ်ိဳးဆက္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ရွင္သန္ခဲ႕ၾကဘူးေလ၏။ သို႔ေသာ္ ျမန္မာ႔ေရတပ္မွ ၄င္းတို႕၏ ေရးတပ္နယ္ေျမခ်ဲထြင္ျခင္းဟုဆိုကာ ထိုေဒသအတြင္းမွ လယ္ေျမမ်ားအား ပိုင္စိုးပိုင္နင္း ယူငင္သြားၾကေလသည္။
By the time Lu Maw was released, the shack that had been his lifelong home was gone, his belongings scattered amid the debris. One by one, other homes in the riverside community of Dala were bulldozed. Residents had farmed the land for generations, but the navy took it over this year to expand a base.
“သူတို႔က က်ေနာ္တို႔ကို သူတို႔ကပင္ အာဏာရိွေၾကာင္း ျပခ်င္လို႕လုပ္ၾကတာ”ဟု မ်က္လံုးအစံုတြင္ မ်က္ရည္မ်ားရစ္၀ိုင္းေနေသာ လူေမာ္က ေျပာေလသည္။”ဆိုလိုခ်င္တာကေတာ႔..သူတို႔လိုခ်င္တာ ဘာမဆိုလုပ္လို႔ရတယ္ဆိုတဲ႔သေဘာပါ”…ဟု ငိုသံျဖင္႔ ေျပာဆိုပါသည္။
"They want to show us they're the ones with the power," he said, his eyes welling with tears. "That they can do what they want."
၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္ ဇန္နာ၀ရီလတြင္ လယ္သမားအားလံုး မိမိတို႔၏လယ္ေျမမ်ားမွ ထြက္ခြါေပးရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ ေရတပ္မေတာ္မွ အထူးစီမံကိန္းရိွသည္ဟု ေျပာဆိုလာသည္။

In January 2013, farmers were told to leave because the navy was going ahead with a "special project."
သို႕ျဖစ္၍ အဆိုပါ ေရတပ္ဖြဲမွ လယ္သမားမ်ားအား အဓမၼနည္းျဖင္႔ ၂၀၁၃ ဂြ်န္လေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္ အဓမၼနည္းျဖင္႔ ႏွင္ထုတ္ခဲ႔ေလသည္။ ထိုအၾကမ္းဖက္ႏွင္ထုတ္သူမ်ားမွ ေလာေလာလတ္လတ္ စိုက္ပ်ိဳးထားေသာ စပါးပင္မ်ားအားဖ်က္ဆီးခဲ႔၏။ ထိုေနာက္ ဂ်ဴလိုင္လတြင္ အုပ္ျမစ္ခိုင္ခိုင္မာမာျဖင္႔ ျခံစည္းရိုးမ်ား ခတ္ေစခဲ႔သည္။ လယ္သမားမ်ား၏ ေနအိမ္မ်ားမွာ မြမြေၾကေအာင္ ဖ်က္ဆီးခံရျပီး ထိုအထဲတြင္ မၾကာေသးခင္ကာလမွာ မိဘ ႏွစ္ပါး ဆံုးပါးသြားရေသာ ကိုလူေမာ္ဆိုေသာ လယ္သမားလဲ ပါ၀င္ခဲ႔ရေလသည္။
Thus, they were forced off their land in late June. Excavators tore up freshly planted rice shoots. The foundation of a towering fence was built in July. Homes were erased, including the one where The Lu Maw lived with his parents until they died a few years ago.
“ဒီအိမ္သည္ က်ေနာ္ကို ေမြးခဲ႔တဲ႔အိမ္ေလးပါ အဲဒီအိမ္ေလမွာပဲ က်ေနာ္ ၾကီးျပင္းျပီး ကစားေနခဲ႔တဲ႕ အိမ္ပါ..က်ေနာ္ အသက္ ၂၆ ႏွစ္ ေရာက္လာတဲ႔ တိုင္ေအာင္ပါပဲ… ဟာ က်ေနာ္ အေမႏွင္႔ အေဖ စတဲ႔ က်ေနာ္ဘ၀ ..မွတ္မိသမ်ွအရာရာအားလံုးလဲ ဒီအိမ္ေလးထဲမွာ ျဖစ္တည္ခဲ႔ပါတယ္”…ဟု ေျပာဆိုပါသည္။
"This house is where I was born, where I grew up and played as a kid," the 26-year-old said. "All my memories of my mother and father were in that house."

Recent political reforms have won Myanmar widespread praise and the lifting of international sanctions, but for farmers who happen to be in the way of military or business plans, land rights have improved little since a half-century era of military rule ended in 2011.

The government has made it tougher in some cases for land to be seized from farmers, and has formed a commission to handle land confiscation issues. But that has not helped many farmers, like those in Dala, who have been working land that was formally taken from them years ago under the old junta. Rising prospects for foreign investment are inspiring many owners to take possession and evict the မ

Legal experts in Myanmar said a new law on peaceful assemblies is being used regularly to arrest, try and imprison people who stand up against land grabs by the rich and powerful. In addition, recent legislation has given the government the authority to seize land in the name of "national interest."

"The problem is, when the government tries to address a hot-button issue," said Murray Hiebert , the Center for Strategic and International Studies, "officials simultaneously introduce reformist policies as well as ways to retreat to the behaviour of the old days."

Other experts say that after 50 years of military administration, those drafting the laws continue to be driven by security concerns.

The most high-profile case has been in the northwest's Sagaing region, where thousands have joined protests over plans to give 8,000 acres of farmland to an expanding Chinese-run copper mine, a joint venture with a Myanmar military-run conglomerate.

Then Myanmar President, Thein Sein kindly freed Naw Ohn Hla and Aung Soe who were helping farmers to assembly and to protest in Lapataung region in accordance with EU Task Force request to free political prisoners so that it will help US $ 120 million each year till to 2021. Yet it is still waiting Japan and American’s Friendship Group as fish –hood for a leader, Htin Kyaw of the Movement for Democracy Current Force (MDCF), Daw Myint Myint , Mi Mi Khaing, Daw Bauk Jar (Kachin woman) and U Win Cho, others activists who fought for farmers and injustice to be freed. Ironically, the farmers and the activists who are scarifying and endeavoring in unity for genuine democracy, which will arrive to our own people soon.
